Ceresit CT 327 Glass-Fibre Mesh Roll is a reinforcing mesh for embedding into mortars for facades or pedestals exposed to higher stress or higher mechanical loads. It is a part of the Ceresit External Thermal Insulation Composite Systems (ETICS).

APPLICATION

  • Embed the glass-fiber mesh vertically into the fresh reinforcing mortar, with overlaps of approx. 10 cm in joint areas, then level the surface.
  • Embed the webbing into the upper third of the reinforcing layer, and then cover completely with reinforcing mortar, pushing the mesh into it using a metal trowel.
  • Properly applied mesh should not be visible and completely covered in the mortar.
  • It is important to keep the mesh overlaps on next applied belts to about 10 cm. These overlaps should not coincide with the board joints.
  • In the case of openings such as windows the mesh should be sunk further.
  • Work should be performed in dry conditions, at temp. of airand the substrate from +5 C to +25 C.
