MITECH FSI Evoline - Microsphere‑Containing Silicone Façade Paint is a premium exterior coating designed for demanding architectural applications where long‑term durability, hydrophobic performance and colour stability are essential. Its advanced silicone binder system, combined with functional microspheres, produces a highly resistant, vapour‑permeable and dirt‑repellent finish suitable for both new façades and renovation works.

Microsphere reinforcement improves abrasion resistance, enhances UV stability and supports a smoother, more uniform application. Creates a water‑repellent surface that significantly reduces moisture absorption, helping protect renders from freeze–thaw damage and efflorescence. Allows moisture to escape from the substrate, making it ideal for mineral renders and insulated façades.

• Smooth surfaces: 0.2–0.3 L/m²
