Knauf Roll & Spray Max - Ready-to-use Polymer Putty - 20 Kg

Knauf Roll and Spray Max can create smooth and even internal surfaces when applied by machine spray, roller, and hand trowel in layers up to 5mm thick.

Properties

• Ready for use, factory-prepared mixture;

Application

• Mineral building substrates such as: stable plaster (gypsum, lime, cement lime), concrete surfaces, gypsum blocks, aerated concrete blocks;
• Painted substrates (varnishes), painted surfaces, surfaces treated with fiberglass wallpaper, etc.;
• Gypsum plasterboard;

Technical

• Consumption / capacity: average consumption at 1 mm thickness 1.3 kg / m²
• Drying time for a single layer 1mm thick is approximately 2.5 hours (at 25°C and relative humidity 70%).

Tips

• Apply in layers from 0.1 mm thickness up to 5 mm;
• Apply the next layer after the previous layer has dried. the previous one has dried;
• Sand the dry surface with #180 – #240 grit sandpaper;
• After drying the surface, prime with a primer
• Paint with all kinds of paints and wallpaper.
