Owatrol AQUANETT agent for removing old coatings
Owatrol AQUANETT Agent for Removing Old Coatings is a biodegradable, solvent-free gel designed for removing old oil coatings from wood surfaces that have darkened or discoloured due to UV exposure. It effectively strips damaged linseed and teak oils, as well as stains caused by corrosion, mould, and weather conditions. AQUANETT dissolves penetrating oils by making them water-soluble, restoring the original appearance of the wood. It is ideal as a preparation stage before applying products such as DEKS D1 or TEXTROL, and is suitable for outdoor wooden elements including terraces, façades, garden furniture and exterior joinery.
AQUANETT is formulated for removing oils that penetrate the wood without forming a surface film. For removing film-forming oils, use DILUNETT followed by NET-TROL.
