30x30mm Profigips Perforated Steel Corner Bead is a reinforced corner‑protection profile designed to create straight, durable and impact‑resistant external corners in plastering and façade systems. Manufactured from galvanised steel, the bead provides excellent rigidity and long‑term resistance to corrosion in internal environments, while the integrated fibreglass mesh delivers additional reinforcement for use in external thermal‑insulation systems (ETICS). The precision‑punched perforations along the steel flanges allow finishing plaster to key securely into the profile, ensuring strong mechanical bonding and reducing the risk of cracking at vulnerable corner junctions. The attached mesh extends the reinforcement area beyond the corner itself, improving stability and distributing stresses across the plaster layer.

This combination of steel rigidity and mesh reinforcement makes the profile suitable for both internal gypsum plasters and external façade systems, particularly where enhanced durability and impact resistance are required.
