100x100mm Profigips Aluminium Corner Bead with Mesh - Mottled Finish is a high‑quality reinforcement profile designed to produce straight, durable and impact‑resistant external corners in plastering and drylining systems. Its distinctive mottled (textured) aluminium surface provides a significantly stronger mechanical key than a smooth mill finish, ensuring that gypsum‑based finishing plasters bond securely to the bead. The integrated fibreglass mesh reinforces the corner area, helping to prevent cracking and improving the stability of the plaster layer. This makes the profile suitable for both internal gypsum applications and external thermal‑insulation systems, where the mesh contributes to long‑term durability and resistance to mechanical damage.

Manufactured from high‑grade aluminium, the bead is resistant to the alkaline environment of gypsum plasters and provides a precise 90‑degree apex, ensuring clean, straight and architecturally accurate corners. It is stiff enough to correct uneven plasterboard edges yet flexible enough to be trimmed easily during installation.
