General information

PSC 4ECO 250T ECE ELASTIC is a highly efficient, energy-saving and flexible paint for insulating and sealing plastic and metal surfaces with thermo-reflective properties and increased adhesion to the substrate. Non-toxic, environmentally friendly, creates a single membrane that covers microcracks. It is fully washable and resistant to dirt and diluted chemicals. Water-based coating based on acrylic resin filled with microspheres (Swiss patent).

Use on surfaces

All surfaces must be clean and free from dirt (dust, dirt, oil and grease) and free from rust. Any loose layers not bonded to the substrate should be removed. A wire brush, sandpaper or sandblasting is recommended to clean the metal. Smooth surfaces should be mechanically matt. In the case of roofs, it is recommended to wash the surface with water under pressure or sandblast it.

Application

PSC 4ECO 250T ECE ELASTIC paint is intended for painting rigid and flexible plastic surfaces (PVC, PS, PC, etc.). It can also be used to coat new and old metal roof surfaces. Suitable for roofs with a slope of more than 3%. This paint can be used to paint ventilation and downpipes, as well as gutters made of hard PVC and galvanized sheet metal. For new galvanized surfaces, wash the surface with a solvent or sandblast it. It is suitable for use in climatic conditions where energy costs play an important role in maintaining a favorable temperature environment. The paint has excellent resistance to corrosion, condensation and C4 and C5 chemical environments.
