PSC 4ECO 250T ECR ROOF - highly efficient insulating, decorative and protective paint.

General information

PSC 4ECO 250T ECR ROOF is a highly efficient, energy-saving and flexible paint for insulating and sealing roof coverings and roof structure elements. It is non-toxic, environmentally friendly and creates a single membrane that covers microcracks. It is fully washable and resistant to dirt and chemicals. Water-based coating based on acrylic resin filled with microspheres (Swiss patent).

Use on surfaces

All surfaces must be clean and free from dirt (dust, dirt, oil and grease) and free from rust. Any loose layers not bonded to the substrate should be removed. A wire brush, sandpaper or sandblasting is recommended to clean the metal. Smooth surfaces should be mechanically matt. In the case of roofs, it is recommended to wash the surface with water under pressure or sandblast it.

Application

PSC 4ECO 250T ECR ROOF paint is intended for colourful coating of new and old metal roof surfaces. Also suitable for clay and concrete tiles on roofs with a slope of more than 3%. The paint can also be used to paint ventilation and downpipes, as well as gutters made of hard PVC and galvanized sheet metal. For new galvanized surfaces, wash the surface with a solvent or sandblast it. It is suitable for use in climatic conditions where energy costs play an important role in maintaining a favourable temperature environment. The paint has excellent resistance to corrosion, condensation and C4 and C5 chemical environments.
